I’d like to commend your staff on a great job. The packing ladies were polite, pleasant, easy to deal with, fast packers and professional.
The removalists were the same. Everyone just arrived and got on with the job, and it was done efficiently and effectively. Nothing was a bother, anything a little out of the box ( eg moving the desks into the new building and TV out of the old) was handled with no fuss.
You have great staff, doing an awesome job for you.

We used John Bull Removals and Storage last week and were so full of praise for firstly the packing and unpacking help we received from Lyn, Alison and Julie, they were outstanding! We had such a great experience with the ‘movers’ who included Mark and his wonderful team of very strong men who not only moved us smoothly out of our house but returned a few days later and moved all my precious plants. Not only did they work in a consistent and thoughtful manner they were so friendly and helpful and I have an overriding memory of them doing it all with good humour; throughout the day the sound of their laughter assured me that not only were they making a difficult day less stressful for us but the actually liked what they were doing! Well done!

The move was excellent and your team of guys and girls are to be congratulated for the professional, efficient and courteous way they go about their business. Lots of positive energy and smiles made an otherwise incredibly stressful day very manageable – and this comes from the experience of this being the 5th move in 5 years! As all moves are it was foul and never ending but it was made much less painful by your 2 guys Alex and Anthony. Cannot rate them highly enough. They were fantastic. Nothing was any trouble and they knew exactly what to do

A tough move with lots of steps and hard access but the guys did a great job and always with good humour.
